We are so grateful for your support! All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, upon payment with the exception of Custom orders. Custom orders are processed within 5-14 business days. An email notification will be sent you when your order has shipped.

We offer FREE standard USPS ground shipping.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100, within 5 miles of our store location in Austin, TX. Please contact us directly, before you order, at hello@intentionallycrafted.com if you would like local delivery.
International Shipping
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@intentionallycrafted.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
